- Each project is governed by the proposal, quotation, or agreement shared before work begins.
- Custom digital services are non-physical services; returns do not apply in the traditional product sense.

Advance Payments & Project Start
- Most projects require an advance payment before work starts.
- Once project work has started, the advance amount is generally non-refundable.
- If we are unable to start your project due to internal reasons, a full refund of unused advance payment will be provided.

Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may be considered if we fail to deliver the agreed scope and do not resolve the issue after reasonable revision attempts.
- Duplicate payments or accidental overpayments are eligible for refund after verification.
- Monthly marketing/SEO retainers may be cancelled before the next billing cycle; partial refunds for the current month are not guaranteed once service delivery has begun.
- Third-party costs (domain, hosting, ads, plugins, stock assets) are non-refundable once purchased.

Revisions & Quality Assurance
- We include reasonable revisions as per the agreed project scope.
- Clients must review and approve milestones during the project timeline.
- Requests outside the original scope may require additional charges.

Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund of any unused advance payment.
- If cancelled after work has started, charges apply for completed work, resources used, and hours invested.
- We reserve the right to cancel a project in case of non-payment, abuse, or violation of terms.

- Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days to the original payment method.
- Bank/payment gateway processing time may vary.
